A genuinely rare 45 that whilst it’s spent sometime at little more than £100 selling mainly to northern collectors for ‘Beg Me’ a nice Stafford type group dancer, it is once again the lowrider flip that has driven the price up with its last eBay outing (more than two years ago!) hitting £383 for a G+ this one plays beautifully DM for a clip of both sides. Not one you’re likely to see again at this price or at set sale TBH.
The Fames, Vocalist: Scotty Todd - Two Timin’ Lover (Pyramid) Mint- £250
The better known of the three here, but still pretty obscure. Gorgeous blue-eyed sweet with a beat that’s value seems to veer wildly from £500+ to £200 although most copies are Vg at best. This one, however, is Mint-! Rarity, quality, condition, price… don’t sleep!
3rd Trick - It Hurts Me (Imperi & Al) Vg/Vg- (overall plays Vg some crackle here and there, priced accordingly. DM for clip from actual 45) £75
Another relatively unknown blue eyed lowrider 45 that featured on one of the recent (and superb) Shades of Sorrow comps. A very hard 45 to track down in any condition, this one looks beat but plays a decent Vg and might clean up nicely (DM for a clip from actual 45, YouTube for reference only).
