UPS I'm sure we've been down this lane before

Trying to freight a heap of records.

Do you have to pay them extra to pick up the boxes (private address) 

I paid for the labels and shipping so that should be it right? 

They now want me to generate a pick up? Is this just for a timed pick up? 

Cant get a straaight answer out of them 

Im sure a few people in the group must have had the experience.
