David Martin - You’re Mighty Right (Rekord) Ex £100

Killer modern soul/crossword that’s exceptionally rare on its first JayPee issue (think Tim Brown auctioned one recently and it made £700!), here is its second release apparently no more than 12 months later and whilst it currently sells for a fraction of the price it’s guaranteed to go way beyond today’s asking price. Had its plays in the ‘80s but long forgotten  and ripe for revival.
