Winfield Parker and Caressors

Not sure if this as been asked before.

The two scans below share the same release number (like the Del Tours and another on Starville).

Would this explain the rarity of the Caressors record as the Winfield Parker record also saw a release on Atco records.

Any info appreciated please.
