BOOM! Killer raw, uptempo R&B/Garage that is damn rare! Seen this sell at £300 before now, recently sold a copy to a well-known upfront DJ so it’s about to get some serious action. Only a very recent addition to YouTube (from that very sale). Opportunity to be ahead of the rest – my last copy.
Romans - He Don’t Love You (MY) Vg (plays strong) £75
Sold my last one for £150 in decent condition, this plays pretty clean though with some label wear). Had a bit of exposure in Europe but barely any here, fabulous garage soul/R&B on a very collectible label.
Romans - You Do Something To Me Vg+ (lower end but clean play copy) £50
The second of their three releases on the label and lesser know than the one above. But another brilliant R&B enthused slab of garage soul that sounds right for now. Tough one too like most on MY, last copy I had was mint and sold privately for £100.
Rapscallions - Sugar Woman (Memphis Sound) Ex (water damage on label as with most copies) £35
Fantastic garage soul/R&B dancer and a perfect example of a sound that’s growing in popularity across Europe and beyond at more upfront venues. A recent addition to FonSol’s incredible YouTube channel and one that instantly made me want a copy. Thanks to a US contact I have a very small number of clean vinyl copies so doing them as cheap as I can. First come, first served. Clip I think is recorded at +4.
