Im aware that this was an Unissued 1966 mirwood recording which appeared on Soul Fox..later uncovered as by the Mirettes.

But did it ever get an official vinyl release...I know the Jackie Lee got a Kent issue but did the Belles/Mirettes

The single on Soul Fox was official as the label had full rights to Mirwood in 1974. They may have used the incorrect title due to lack of research, but they clearly had rights to Mirwood product. It would have been a brilliant release even for President/Jay Boy back in day. 
Goldmine released most of the Mirwood catalogue with Ace continuing to unearth and release label gems post 2000.
