Brewery Town - what a liberty

Had an email this morning announcing that Brewery Town Records are rising from the ashes and starting afresh. Personally, I hope they fail miserably as their previous ventures caused nothing but misery for many - myself included. If they have funds to start afresh then they should start by refunding those conned from previous dealings.
