As you can see from the photos, someone has very thoughtfully applied 2 x Dymo labels to the A-side, but they probably are genuine 70's applications, so at least they're in keeping with the 1970 release date 🙃😉🤣
Other than that, the actual condition of the vinyl is EX with only very minor hairlines/sleeve marking on both sides. All important 4-prong centre is thankfully still in place, and still has the original CBS sleeve.
Price is £250 ALL IN (inc. Royal Mail Special Delivery - fully insured) and payment by either Bank Transfer or PayPal F&F.
