However Ace Records struck a deal to go through the vaults....

The anticipation must have been incredible for those listening in to those tapes etc.

Great work.

The guys at ACE/KENT know how to run a music label. They are superfans with decades of experience and expertise. The quality of albums released on the label are 2nd to none, painstakingly researched and the sound is of the highest quality available. I'm currently buying up as many releases as possible, discovering so many fantastic "new" artists and lost classics in the process.

I have the Fame Box set, is this worth buying?  Several of the tracks are duplicated, are they the same version?

I thinking is worth buying but then I would.  Only you can decide if it is worth you buying.  Its a damn good listen even if tracks have previously been released on Ace/Kent CDs.
