Killer! Not sure I want anyone to buy this tbh! Stunning Latin soul ballad, that’s already highly sought after on the lowrider circuit but probably will be new to many here in the UK. Light label wear but vinyl is close to mint-. Recent sales are closer to £150 and this one has plenty of room to increase in demand and value. A tough 45 to acquire.
Garage soul version of ‘You’re Mine’ the killer ballad on Ovide from the T.S.U. Toronadoes (presumably there was some confusion around the title 😂). Hard to know which is rarer but suspect it’s this version, still very much under the radar (as is the Ovide version). Seen sell at £200-£250 and copies that are around are commanding those figures. Priced to sell despite obvious rarity.
Fabulistic’s - Absence (Scorpion) Vg+ (a few lights marks but a decent player) £40
Rare 45 and a somewhat under the radar but nonetheless killer lowrider 45 that I’ve not had a copy of for a fair few years. Seems to be £75-£100 (my last one certainly went at £75). Killer 45.
Aaron Neville - She Took You For A Ride (Parlo) Vg+ £15
Last, cheapest, but certainly not least a 45 that seems under the radar here but well known stateside. Last few I’ve had have gone to pretty well known DJs so must be getting some plays somewhere! Not many 45s of this quality still available for this sort of price! Doesn’t turn up that often either so expect to see it rise soon.
