Also released on Toxan, this killer sweet soul twofer seems to be relatively under the radar. Recent sales of Toxan copies imply that word is finally out as the price has jumped to £100+. Here is the infinitely rarer A-I release. One to get now while it’s still relatively affordable!
Garage soul version of ‘You’re Mine’ the killer ballad on Ovide from the T.S.U. Toronadoes (presumably there was some confusion around the title 😂). Hard to know which is rarer but suspect it’s this version, still very much under the radar (as is the Ovide version). Seen sell at £200-£250 and copies that are around are commanding those figures. Priced to sell despite obvious rarity.
Ultimations - Without You/Would I Do It Over (Mar-V-Lus) Mint- £60
Another that has leaped in value in recent times thanks to demand for the gorgeous sweet group harmony side. Flip it for mid tempo Stafford heaven, still woefully underplayed. Seen at £80 and rising, gorgeous copy!
Fabulistic’s - Absence (Scorpion) Vg+ (a few lights marks but a decent player) £30
Rare 45 and a somewhat under the radar but nonetheless killer lowrider 45 that I’ve not had a copy of for a fair few years. Seems to be £75-£100 (my last one certainly went at £75). Killer 45.
