Acetate ID, Help it's driving me nuts

There's a strong chance this is an obvious one but I can't place it - Any ideas?

Not much to go from it's a 10" Frankford Wayne two hole single sided acetate - Greg Vaughn (Engineer) then F.A.O: T.M (Tom Moulton?)

    F.A.O T.M could be Tommy Mottola (recorded as T.D Valentine on Epic and ex husband of Mariah Carey and Sony Records boss)

    Ujima's next record was Hall & Oates "She's Gone" Tommy was heavily involved with them and went on to be their manager.
