This has been really bugging me for a while, I remember trying to find the actual artist despite it being listed as Brimstone Ingram a while ago. However, it seems like it might have been labeled wrong when compiled. If anyone knows can they post below?

the chorus sections sound like the arrangement on Crown Heights Affair, Tell Me You Love MePhil Thomas, WIlliam Anderson, Ray Reid. but maybe you already knew this? Perhaps there are other versions?
