Killer twofer here, tip side is a gorgeous lowrider tune that’s still flying under the radar as good as many three times the price IMHO, flip it for a funk edged 70s northern oldie that’s ripe for revival. Seems to be around the £75 mark these days but plenty of room to grow IMHO.
Webbs - We Belong Together/I Want You Back (Verve) Ex £40
Sublime Lowrider group harmony that seems criminally cheap given the current demand for this type of sound (that said seen this at £75 and above so on the rise perhaps already). Flip it for some superior (and seemingly forgotten) frantic northern group harmony. Double bubble. (N.B. Believe this is slightly rarer as has artists name misspelled as Webbs.)
Justice V - That Certain Tenderness/Things Get Worse (Panorama) Mint- £20
From the garage label that never stops giving comes this totally under the radar double sider. Things Get Worse is a thumping garage soul dancer that sounds right for now, flip is a lovely ballad with horns, backing harmonies and a gorgeous arrangement. You can hear both sides at the link below, one to watch IMHO!
