Original Sam & Dave performance contract 1965

I have this original Sam and Dave performance contract (Phil Walden Artists and Promotions) up for sale.

Drawn up on 8th November 1965 for two shows later that month, at a venue to be arranged (likely in South Carolina). The document outlines the deposits, fees, and T&Cs. In decent physical condition considering its age, with no major tears or defacement etc. Another piece of soul music history that would look great framed in the record room!

£35 secures (plus £5 postage). Pm to reserve. Sorry, UK buyers only on this one.

There will be lots more of these soul / R&B memorabilia items to come. 50% of proceeds will be going to World Central Kitchen who are providing cooked meals, bread and associated humanitarian aid in Gaza.
