I've been looking on the net for some info on Ray Whitley who wrote & originally recorded I'VE BEEN HURT & HEY GIRL DON'T BOTHER ME. The only Ray Whitley I can find is a sort of Roy Rogers type singing cowboy. Please tell me it's not the same bloke.

Cheers

i asked the same question a few months ago, look back through old threads and you might find the answer, although i seem to remember no one was sure, good hunting

If you get to read the "Heeey Baby Days of Beach Music", you can find out all by Ray Whitley.

See funkyfeet ad in sales section to purchase the book.
