days of the top end of the market prices for non top end demands sounds are gone

for a few years i believe.

big ticket items will always get the dosh..

with increasing interest rates money isnt as free spending as it was and buyers are being more choosey..

just have to be more realistic with prices...

sign of the times but maybe better for buyers for not for sellers in general..
