i bought a record for 18 UKP on ebay last week. turned out the record wasn't in the condition as described, it had a bit of WOL on one side and labels were reversed. fair enough seller offered part refund but asked me what amount i'd suggest.
i thought knocking off about 5 UKP is ok, what do you think?
