Charles Spurling is pretty darn tough to find but perversely the few times have seen it come up didn't end up going for much, poss as is not that well known, also not quite right for the northern scene but not really funk either, personally think it's ace, the flip is similar and almost as good btw!

sold a james duncan demo a while ago ,they always seem to be around the £50 mark great track ,old roger banks spin
