Sorted out a copy of this and John's Bootleg Guide says original has a raised 11 and boot doesnt. He doesnt mention a raised R which my White promo seems to have? Still a boot?

My has R and 7th Avenue Aviators has as well, think its a typo it also looks like a H cause of a miss stamped R.

the original has a stamped in R that raises slightlyon some presses you'll find the R so poorly stamped in it resembles the # 11

the New York counterfeit has no stamped matrix of any kind.

Had a Look at the Scan that you have posted.

I have tried to see if there is a Matrix Stamp Opposite the Number in the Dead Wax. "R"

The Original should have this.

As John Says, a poorly formed "R" so if it is a definite Stamp "II" would be an Original.
