Just look at this lot thats about to finish on Ebay tonight

Click on the sleepers link below

Sleepers

Love the way the seller has tried to build these up suggesting there are some "sleepers" amongst this lot and how he sold a big money record to a man in the UK.

The best bit is when you scroll down to "questions from other members" and its obvious his mate is trying to help him out saying there are around 10 - 15 worth $300 - £500 each and "I hope I win these"

Then the best bit is the next question which is probably genuine when someone asks him what a sleeper is.

Look at the sellers response explaing about the man from the UK.

What a load of bullshit but hilarious and it appears no one is biting at the moment anyway.

Jus out of interest are there any "sleepers"

The fake question is pretty amusing, but to someone who has absolutely no idea about the market (e.g. he doesn't even seem to know that, for example, that buyers are interested in 'soul music' rather than 'promos'), I can't imagine how he would have any other way to conceptualize what people might want except that they are 'sleepers'. He probably did sell a record for a lot (although maybe not for $3000) and it just blew his mind.
