Im trying to trace a lass, well she was then, called julia shoesmith from plodder lane farnworth bolton.

she was a mate not a girlfriend and have wondered over the years what happened to her.first met her at the Leeds central when a coach load of them came over and we just chatted about soul in her area, and what it was like in Leeds.exchanged addresses and wrote as penpals. then we met up as a group at the carousel nighter and then i used to see her now and again at the casino.

she used to work for norweb but lost contact with her when i joined the army.

would like to find out if she drifted away from the scene or is still attending any nights still. if anyone can help or know her please let me know. its 30yrs since i last wrote spoke or have seen her.. we could start a soul-friends reunited ..lol

Pritty sure i knew julia if its the girl im thinking of she used to hang about with the cluxtons donna julia harding when she was at wigan,not seen her since i stopped going in 1980 and dont think she is in the farnworth area now.Best people to ask would be pat cluxton or donna both still on the scene and both from farnworth.
