It's called "Boo-Ga-Loo" and can be found on the LP called "Bucket O' Grease" on LIMELIGHT (mono: LM-82043 / stereo: LS-86043).

Usually doesn't go for more than $15-$25 on eBay, but beware of the exact replica reissues which goes for a similar price.

Not issued on 7" as far as I know.
