Been following a thread on sales section with intrest about this on blue issue, a question was raised as to wether it was a blue or black issue? to wich i replied it only came out on BLUE, was then told that it did indeed come out on black issue WOW!!!!! never heard of that before, any info on this

I was trying to track the number to see if it even came close

to the Transition between Label Design from Black to Blue.

was issued in 1970.they stopped doing black in the fall of 69 so i doubt if there

is a black issue. the blue one is hard enough
