In the 2 years since she recorded the last you can hear that her voice has matured, Manny has spent a fair amount on production and getting good musicians in to work on the tracks.
He also played me some tracks from a young guy he's has been working with for 3 years, William Moody. He is a great keyboard player and has a very distinctive voice. The tracks are very contemparary, but also pay tribute to soul music's heritage. This should be out about the same time.
