I think you'll find that this is unrealesed (along with the Charmaines - although Ady issued that on an a 100 Club anniversary 45 a couple of years ago).

I might be proved wrong though?

Yes I'm afraid it was unreleased though there is one 10" original acetate around that Andy Pollard has.
