9TH CREATION. Mellow Music / A Step Ahead (Track 1001) From 1982. Can anyone tell me how rare this 45 is? I've heard that it's super rare but can't seem to find any info on it. Not even on POPSIKE.COM. Thanx for your help.

Quite rare this one yes. Seen around 5 copies for sale in total. Manship auctioned it once or twice not sure of ending price but Craig Moerer's eBay copy sold for $600 something, pretty good price I would say value maybe 500-600 pounds?
