There was some controversy over whether or not there was ever a repress by the label owner of this. The vinyl is really clean, so i was nervous and I checked the matrix against a definite original and it was the same, plus the cover is definitely old and a tiny bit tatty. It came from Hawaii. So apart from cleanliness I can't find any reason to suppose its not original, unless the label owner repressed using identical matrix tags and put the new vinyls in old covers? seems unlikely. anyway, selling at more or less what I bought it at.
Eugene Gaspard 'Holding On' (rosemont) ex+ £60, superb and unique sound, has sold for quite a bit more than this recently
