A-1 Acetate Identification Needed

Picked this up over the weekend a step away from it's original source, so I wasn't able to learn much about its background. The "Achin' Heart" side, I actually think I would like if I could hear it the whole way through, but it's very badly flaked and only what you will hear below was salvageable from the platter. "Miracle Worker" sounds unfinished but I was able to record the entire track cleanly (only a part of it included below). Does anyone know if this saw a vinyl release or who the singer is?
