"Some of you may recall a posting on October 29th 2008 regarding a business venture that for various reasons never materialised with Mr. P Grady. Mr Grady and my financial advisor have agreed a repayment structure that is acceptable, therefore the matter is now closed.

I now retract my comments and offer a full apology to Mr Grady and his family for any distress my posting may have caused them, and thank him for his co-operation to date."
