Robert Dobyne, Larry Johnson, Jessie Bolian and Aaron Floyd were the oringal line up are these guys still with us or have they moved on to the new soul world

Saw Marvin Smith at the Fleetwood Weekender a couple of years back. I thought christ this old bloke will struggle but I must say he was tremendous and put in a great performance. He seemed a great character who enjoyed himself. Hope he gets well soon.

Sadly , Jesse Bolian died in 1994 : I assume the others , like Marvin Smith , are still alive and well .......

Marvin Smith is the now the front man of the group , and before becoming ill , was planning activities with / for The Artistics , but as a result , those plans have been shelved for the foreseeable future ........
