It was counterfeited in green vinyl in 1977 by the legendary bootlegger Bob Catteneo, only one hundred copies were made making them quite a desirable item. The same chap also made the gorgeous looking multi coloured vinyl copies around the same time in much smaller quantities. Exact number unknown.
