if posting playlists from events or from radio shows then may be a good thing if you also post a link to the event or the show as well as the auto embed seems to be working well.... eg using a last weekends allnighter

when a 'promoter' adds a event they will now see the below at the top of their event entry in the event guide (a different one for radio shows) this 'guide' only shows to the event poster - normal members will not see it Event Author/Promoters - please read and follow [Note: this guide only shows to event posters/promoters only! Other members do not see this] Just some notes that may assist you in running your event listing here on Soul Source.. Edit - Please use the 'Manage Event' link below to edit the event - Such as date, title, content etc Cancel - Please use the 'Flag This Event' link above to request event removal eg if cancelled etc. Or if you do have any concerns or questions Please use the event comments to pass on informative info only - Please do not use to the comments to bump events up Please only post facebook adverts and/or other 3rd party links in the main event section - not in the comments After posting an event - Please check the event listings and your profile for duplicates! If there are please flag them asp. NEW FEATURE - Promoters can now use the 'add similar event' feature. This makes adding similar events very easy. ed you can lock your own threads yourself just click on the 'moderation actions' link and you should get the 'lock' option

just what we need people posting tracks they don't like now this is turning into a car crash topic if wanna start up a lengthy topic asking for stuff like top 500s then suggest it be best if give it some thought first as in.. is it needed ? how going to do it ? .....and so on am looking at closing this topic shortly as its not going well at all

The sad news about Bobby Taylor led me to read that he once said royalties wise only the cash he was getting in was a cheque four times a year from the GTA game people for being co-writer for Jackson Sisters "I believe in miracles" The games industry being a source for artists royalties was interesting, I guess it may be quite a decent amount for the really big sellers? anyone any idea of sums involved?
