Sad news indeed ! Totally shocked by Jim's news last night, especially coming on the eve of the charity night that Dave supports so well, and where we will be remembering Alan Pollard, who it seems only left us yesterday! All feeling very vulnerable just now! According to Jim, Dave doesn't have any close family left, but he will always be remembered as part of our family anyway! He'll be sadly missed by us all, and we'll certainly raise a glass or two to him tonight! Dave H (photo taken at Prestatyn on my 50th, Dave on right !

I was recently blown away by Perry & Sanlin's track "Just to mak you happy". I've looked everywhere I know, and except for a sound file on YouTube can't find much more info. It was an LP track from 1980 I believe (on EMI) and also appeared as a B Side to "With you" on Capitol. Does anyone know if the 45 is the full 6 minute version, or is it edited down ? I believe that it also appeared on a compilation CD but again, is it available and how much ? Would appreciate any info from you knowledgeble guys ! If anyone has a sound-file to post, I would love to hear it again!
