Speaking of Mr. Davis, and 'Can I Change My Mind'... Has anyone heard of the release label, Tanny? I thought it was only available on Dakar, but I pulled it out of a sales box a few months ago for £5 I think, and have never seen/heard of another, this making me think it's pretty rare! It's a silver, moulded label with black, blotchy text (will attach to next post, just scanning now and I can't be arsed to wait). All help appreciated.

Detroit Dilemma!?
And another: Tempos - 'Lonely One' on Rileys. Although this is better than Stepstones (IMO), the Platters does it best for me!!

Detroit Dilemma!?
I'm happy that C.H. is so valuable now, before this topic I'd have guessed no more than £500. Cost me £18 a long time ago... May swap for F.V. if anyone's interested??
-
Detroit Dilemma!?
£2? You B**TARD!!!! Last I saw was £1,200..... A boot (or 'legitimate' re-issue) will do for me! Anyone got one?
-
Detroit Dilemma!?
Yeah seems that way doesn't it! Like the two sites BTW!

Which is worth most - Chuck or the 4V's? Wish I had the 4V's. Anyone got one? Re-issue'll do...

Detroit Dilemma!?
Joan Dovalle - every time!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just sold mine :-( The big Maybelle has a variation on the backing used on the other two, and althought the is the same, the backing is completely different. Fantastic sound though!

'Gonna Find A True Love'
I posted links instead (you'll need Real1 in order to play). You'll find The Patterson Twins about half way down - the far superior cover IMO... Rarer too! Bottom & Co.

Edwin Starr - Scotts On Swingers
Another biggie... Coco & Ben - Good Feelin' - Earthworld - VG+ vinyl, E+ label with slight ware. As before, this is taken from my collection and another personal fave, but I suppose I would let it go for the right money. Featured on 'For Modern Millionaires Only Vol. 1' and valued in excess of £1,000 in mint condition. Serious offers.

DESPERATE WANT
What a coinsidence - I was ordered to find one for my wife! I've only ever heard it from a soundbite, and that sounds awful! Will let you know how it sounds when mine arrives.

'Gonna Find A True Love'
I admit, the BC is probably the 'nicer' of the two, but the PT is more 'geddupango'.
