July is traditionally a quiet month(yeah right) a full house and although a few of few of our regulars were away, yet more new attendees soaking up the atmosphere!! Phil Dunn opened the night in fine style, he had a few "deck peerers" having a look see what was on the decks! Next up (disco) Stu Cheetham, played an amazing set, Vanguards "good times, bad times" Anna Caudell and great to hear Larry Saunders sounding great all over again!! Karl Chalky White played a blinder, hard hitting 60s Garnett Mimms "as long as I have you" sounded the business "loud and proud" and Derek Martin (unissued) which to me shares the same backing track as Billy Prophet?? . The night just got better and better with Chris Anderton playing an opening salvo of 60s Bangers AC Reed , Martha Starr and many more, check out the video with Terry Callier lighting the room up, many thanks mate, you smashed it!!
