  1. Any Idea on a value for the UK Action release? Cheers, Dave

I've got the same copy with labels reversed, vinyl moulded over label. Although it looks Kosher I always assumed that it was a boot as the 'AT' was missing from run-out groove, but I may be wrong. Hope this helps, Dave
  3. Nice choice Joan - Just what I was thinking - Incredible bass line on this track and definately in my top 5. Dave
  4. Thanks for the info Dave. Do you know the release number for the 'harder' version. I have the Elf White Demo but it is the extended intro with "knowing I love you" on the flip & I want the other mix. Best, Dave
  5. This is my first post after lurking for a few months so please be gentle!! Great post!!. I don't know a lot about the many talented string players who added so much to the records that we all love, but I did find two pictures that catch a few of them red handed. The first picture is LaVern Baker and orchestra, presumably taken in the Brunswick Studio(Scanned fron the 'Chicago Cool Breezin' CD booklet. The second picture is taken from the back of Jerry Butler's "Sweet Sixteen" LP (1974) and gives quite a bit of info regarding players who featured on the session. Best, Dave
