Yeah I was right - Patsy - Fined Someone - High Note 012. It's a 1970 single but a 1966 recording. The other side is Musical Fight by The Crashers.

Now...I've had this record...I think it's Patsy on UK High Note but I could be wrong, thought it was fantastic...amazed and very pleased to see it resurface here
