Just curious if this was done from master tapes or...? what was the source? I compared that Black Soul Express 45 and it sounds 10 times better on original. And not just that - why some 45s (and excuse me for probably not puting the right words here, but hopefuly you'll figure out what i'm asking) have compressed grooves, so to speak.. original has grooves spreading close to the label, while this reissue (and some other 45s i saw - Bus People Express for example) has the last groove almost at the middle. They just doesn't sound that good. Could someone please explain? thanks

i perfectly understand going for some of these reissues.. i want 1 or 2. yeah the box is 250$ but + shipping + almost certain custom.. it's more 350$ then. and if you don't like all these tunes why not go for a few.. and they obviously ain't gonna be cheap as usual... though cheaper then 490$ great release btw!

But then, you had some too much looping going on. He also could have used the intro of the song itself to extend it.. man this would be a dancefloor bomb if it was done slighty better imo. Though the idea of what to use was pretty good.
