    maybe Clara Wilson's version might impress you, obviously a cover verion, but worthy. Maybe suggest Clara Wood - Your After my Guy, as near enough?
    Patti & Mickey - My Guy, My Girl on Impact does the impossible by mixing two Motown tracks (Temps and Mary Wilson) in one really good record.. I actually really like this track...a Harry Balk production, so Motown connections there, but I think before he joined the company?
