Thanks to everyone who made the journey to CULCHETH last night. A well ‘up-for-it’ crowd in the Northern Room, who were treated to some crackin’, soulful 60’s tuneage. Thanks to the resident DJ’s Kev Murphy, Jordan Wilson and Simon Ingham in the Northern room alongside special guest DAVE RIMMER for some fantastic music from start to finish. The ‘New’ Modern Room was buzzin’ with some great choices from the DJ team in there. Thanks to Steve Plumb, Bill Wildman, Charlie Smith, Pete Ratcliffe and special guest NICK McKINNON for ‘Sharing the Soul’ on a ‘So Soulful Saturday’ Must admit I enjoyed getting the chance to go back into the main room for a change and re-visit my ‘Northern’ side. Making his debut at the CULCHETH 1st of the month sessions is DAVE RIMMER. Dave has been a ‘Face’ on the scene for many years and has amassed a superb collection of 60’s rare soul, just right for the CULCHETH crowd. Dave is currently resident at the very popular RUGBY ALL-NIGHTERS, as well as doing guest spots all over the country.
