Just a few words on the rationale behind our foray into Sunday sessions . These will be very random..no fixed dates......just as and when we feel like it Musically no restrictions as per norm and expect the 'usual suspects' to be playing the sounds and on occasion we may invite someone in to play some niceties !! We intend this to be very social...and our regulars will tell you .. we don't take ourselves very seriously..but we DO enjoy the music. If you're looking for a nostalgia event where you can be transported back to the halycon days of the Wheel, Torch, Wigan, Mecca etc... then this aint for you......besides they tell me the gear is shite nowadays......!!!! We look forward (govt guidelines permitting) to welcoming you all....lets have a Sunday good un !!!!!!!!!!

The event had been getting some 'rave reviews' ....then BOOM the pandemic struck !! The pre pandemic events were fantastic with great music and even greater company !! 'Follow the music NOT the crowd.... We've had to cancel our July 10th event so we're starting with our FIRST all new Sunday sessions.....which will be FREE entry...!!!! Just a quick update..........! We have got the dates for the rest of 2021... please note the Sunday dates...We are going to test the water for Sunday sessions and these may change especially with our involvement with the Gorilla Bar in Manchester.......details on format etc will follow nearer the time Congleton Cricket Club – Dates booked. Sat. 10th July Sunday 8th August Sat. 4th Sept. Sunday 19th Sept. Sat. 25th Sept.(CO72) Sat. 9th Oct. Sat. 6th Nov. Just some 'logistics' info....for those travelling by car from out of town. Once the venue car park is full..there is plenty of roadside parking outside the venue and surrounding roads Alternatively...there are 2 car parks approx 5 mins walk from the venue Antrobus Street, CW12 1HB West Street, CW12 1JR

Due to Covid we cancelled 2020 event This event has ALWAYS been about having some fun ,meeting friends old and new, rekindling memories ,listening and dancing to some of the best records ever....in essence a bloody good day/night out........the other side to what we do is raising funds for worthy causes,..........
