  1. Just over a week to go before we open the doors to another Sink session in the basement of Heebie Jeebies in Seel Street Liverpool. For those travelling to Liverpool by car please refer to the previous post regarding the new on street parking regulations. See you on the 17th.
  2. Just two weeks before the next Sink Club session in the basement of Heebie Jeebies. Just a heads-up about parking in the streets around Seal Street. The city council in their wisdom have changed their rules regarding on street parking in the city centre. Please look at their website to find out the current situation. For anyone who hasn't been before please note that if you park in the street adjacent to the club that this area becomes a taxi rank after 8.00pm. The council has said that they will be increasing the number of wardens so do be careful. There are a number of off-street parking companies locally, it might be worth looking into them. Hope to see you all on the 17th.
  3. Just under a week to go until the annual 'Father's Day' event at the Sink. Please note, despite rumours to the contrary we will NOT be holding the 'World Dad Dancing Competition'. See you Sunday.
  4. Just a brief reminder, it's only two weeks to go before the next Sink Club session in the basement of Heebie Jeebies, Seel Street, Liverpool.
  5. Firstly many congratulations to Kev, Ann, Mick and Shirley for reaching your 25th Anniversary. Can't think of many Soul events that have reached that milestone. Secondly really chuffed to be asked to play a few tunes on Saturday. Hopefully the Hydro dancers will be in to make it another top night.
  6. Only a few more days to go before the doors open again for another top afternoon/evening in the basement at Heebie Jeebies in Liverpool. A lot of new faces expected, starts at 3.00pm runs to 9.00pm. See you there.

  12. Looking forward to returning to play a few tunes at the Stanley. Always a friendly welcome from Steve and Joan and of course Graeme and Karen.
  13. Looking forward to our first session of the New Year down in the basement of Heebie Jeebies. For those who aren't aware we have some sad news about our resident record dealer Ian ''Nai'' Dunning who sadly passed a few days before Christmas. Ian was truly a legend in his own lifetime. An avid record collector and D.J. he was also a keen cyclist with a collection of vintage bikes which included a penny farthing. He will undoubtably be missed by all that knew him. There are bound to be a few musical tributes to him during the day.
  14. Just under two weeks 'till the doors open for another afternoon at the Sink (3pm to 9pm) in the basement at Heebie Jeebies. Looking forward to meeting up with all the regulars and of course any new faces.
  15. Always a busy night at Rammy, looking forward to catching up with friends I haven't seen for a while. Message for Vance/Linda, please bring flyers for the R & B all-dayer. Ta.
