The third of these unique events, right in the middle of a barn, right in the middle of a farm. West Benridge Farm, to the west of Morpeth, Northumberland, has been hosting many music events for many years. For the last three years however, they've hosted the All Northumberland Northern Soul Appreciation Society, and put on the most fabulous nights of soul and Motown for all to enjoy. In a totally different environment, i.e. a fully operational cattle barn, the dance floor has been specially installed specifically for us and there's a huge sound system, full-on vinyl being spun by our 5 resident DJ's and a mobile bar and food lorry too. Our 4th year of the massively successful Soul-by-the-Sea event. Out in the open air, in the town's Café/Bandstand Square, 6 hours of Northern Soul (with a bit of funk and disco thrown in), this HUGE day out also sees the town traders and local scooter clubs coming together to provide all with a special day. Also featured are rides and activities for kids and a cracking dancing competition, with prizes for best adult and best kids. In this unique setting, right next to the sea, it's proven to be a massive hit with the souls scene and all the families involved.

A one-off coming together of two Soul Groups. You're welcome to come along to the legendary Spanish City in Whitley Bay to hear DJ's from the All Northumberland Northern Soul Appreciation Society and Seaton Valley Soul Club. All vinyl, taking place in a marquee on the plaza just outside the iconic landmark. 5 hours of non-stop belters to wear yourself out too.

Our bi-monthly night of pure Northern Soul. All Vinyl, spun by our 5 resident and single guest DJ's. Superb sprung dance floor in a lovely clean club. Always a well attended and popular night, with a fantastic atmosphere.
