Hi Tim, At the moment, as far as Motown is concerned, we're preferring to concentrate on devising packages that offer mostly material that hasn't been on CD before, or that hasn't been issued at all - legitimately or otherwise. Nice set of tracks you've got there, of course, but we do have a lot of ideas to run with before it comes down to reissuing the previously-reissued. Cheers, TONY

Rumours galore again, lets get one thing straight no dealer has been cancelled unless they don't want to pay for the accom and pitch, I've been dealing there since the beginning and never had anything free always paid, so there's the truth no organisation is going to turn down money, whoever is running it. For any who did get it free and suddenly been asked to pay then great join the real world, like the rest of us.

There seems to be a bit of confusion about where Bbritannia fits into this. They bought the whole Pontins operation when it went into administration and so are the owners of the site. It's reasonable to think that they may be looking at all events to make sure they operate at a realistic profit margin. Pontins did almost go bust after all. As far as a refund is concerned I think you'd have to be able to say you booked specifically because you wanted to see the Sunburst Band. So if you booked prior to them being announced you wouldn't have much of an arguement. But does it really matter, it's one act (so far anyway) out of a whole weeks entertainment. Britannia are still promoting the event on their website so chill out a bit and let the promoters sort out truth from fiction. Kev

WE ARE NOT GUNNA BE HAPPY IF THEY FOB US OFF AND YOU CANT GET A REFUND - EITHER SOMEONE IS RUNNING THE RUMORS FOR A LAUGH OR IN MY OPINION THEY ARE TRUE AND GIVING WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THE SITUTION AT PONTINS I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT WE ARE NOT GONNA GET WHAT WE BOOKED FOR.
