  1. Thanks for the feed back guys. I have still got a load more of these if anyone wants one, two or more - get intouch Cheers, Ray
  2. Interesting thread - how about this one: Troy Dodds "Real Thing" (flip side to "Try my Love")
  3. Nice one Russ - spotted a couple of new buys in there! Jesse Davis 'Gonna hang on in there' - great record. The Mark Lloyd never fails to please. Hope you're gonna bring some of these for next 'Caliente'? Cheers, Ray
  4. Aluminium 7" Single 45rpm Record Turntable Spindle Adapters (Quality new item). Brand new item:- This is a quality machined turntable adapter for 7" import records. Machined perfect to fit large center import 45rpm records - no more problems with the standard adapter that comes with Technics turntables - who in my view, make these too tight for many records. Manufactured here in the UK from top quality 6082-T6 grade Alumnium (as used to manufacture heavy duty items such as beer barrels) so this will last a life time. Polished surface - finish is to Ra0.8um - so no rough or sharp edges or faces (see photos). Each is perfectly weighted to 39g - feels just right and sits perfectly on any standard turntable. (Contact me by PM or Email if you need more than four or want bulk as I have had a large batch of these made). Cost: £6.00 each to 'Soul-Source' members (Paypal i.e 'friends' payment, Cheque or Cash) Plus postage (1 to 4 adapters): UK £0.90p First Class or £2.00 Recorded Postage Outside of UK (1 to 4 adapters): £3.50 Thanks, Ray Email/Paypal: mahoney_ray@hotmail.co.uk Some 'evil bay' feed back on these:

  7. I thought you were going to be playing some 'tat' ? Quality mix once again Russ, the Shawn Robinson turned a couple of heads! Fred Hughes sounded awesome pumping out loud over the sound system and good to see/hear Pearlean Gray!! Just shows you also how good a classic Oldie like Adams Apples can sound when they are slipped in here and there rather than as part of a played to death Oldies spot - where there is a whole hour of it played back to back. Nice one Russ - bring on the 4th Anniversary!! Cheers, Ray
  8. Cheers Dave, yes Matadors nice track! I even dug out a couple of UK Jayboy

  10. Here's one that turned up for me whilst adding a few discs to my Mary Hopkin music collection : Mary Hopkin "Goodbye" Apple 10 from 1969 If you look close at run out grooves its actually stamped TMG 686 which is Marvin Gaye "I heard it through the Grapevine" (it does play heard it through the grapevine incase youre wondering!) Flip side is stamped with correct APPLE 10 in run out grooves (and plays the fabulous "Sparrow" track). Bit of a scruffy copy what with the centre pushed out - interesting though.
