  1. Also before the question is asked, if you find a more up to date list, you can copy and paste it into your existing list. Ebay will not add any duplicates and any buyers that aren't registered anymore it will let you know after submitting that they haven't been added. It's a no brainer really, if you haven't already got a block list, you should have.
  2. Well, it's not a list about records only, it's a list of buyers that have caused problems for other sellers in the past. But it doesn't matter anyway, it can't do any harm adding them to your blocked list as the list is infinate (no limit to how may blocked buyers)
  3. I know Pete, you live and learn matey!
  4. I will 100% understand if forum staff delete this thread, but I think it is a good idea to forearm ebay sellers against bad buyers on ebay. There have been many horror stories about sellers being ripped off by unscrupulous buyers, losing money and sometimes gaining undeserved negative feedback in the process. I have attached a link to the site. This list has been generated over the years by other ebay members and has been placed on a public website for all to see and use All you need to do is to copy and paste the list into your blocked members list in your ebay profile, and then all you need to do after that is to add to it, any others that you come across, or add it to the list you already have I think it only fair that members of this forum should have a tool, to prevent some other tool from bidding on their items on ebay which could generate problems for the sellers. Obviously the list is infinitely updatable, so an idea might be to add to your list and then copy and paste it on said site for others to use. Here is the site with the list. https://blacklistedeb...blogspot.co.uk/
  5. I had a similar experience albeit not with records. I sold a perfectly good working printer to someone in Scotland. The printer was perfect and had been using it before listing it. Reason for selling was an upgrade. I packaged the printer up in it's original box with lots of bubble wrap and polystyrene quavers, wrapped it up well and posted it by courier. 4 WEEKS later I recieve an ebay message "printer doesn't work, bringing up an error'. I replied, 'send it back I will will refund you although I said the printer was working perfectly when it was despatched'. I got the printer back a week later only to find that it was a different printer and all the workings inside were loose. I wrote back saying that the printer was not the same, but I will refund you anyway, which I did just to avoid neg feedback. A MONTH later I noticed a neg feedback on my profile and he had opened a case saying that I said the printer was a different one to what he had recieved. I wrote to eBay saying I had refunded him immediately and I opened a 'revise feedback' case, I heard nothing. So now because of some C**T I have a neg feedback on my otherwise 2300 clean record and after being on ebay for 10 years. Not fair at all, but ebay will not do anything to help sellers, it's all about buyers. Buyers ebay name is gmg_logos, BEWARE and add to you ebay block list.
  6. One of the conditions that were discussed with Brian when he asked to do the the 'Leeds Central', was that he was as inconspicuous as possible, as I was slightly concerned that the crowd may get a little spooked if he stood and photographed them in full view. I swear, apart from greeting Brian on his arrival, I never saw him again until the end of the night. I think he must have put on his invisible cloak, yet the end result was outstanding and he had obviously got right in there and captured some stunning images. Again I can wholly recommend Brian for any event near you, and look forward to the finished product.

  16. Steve, from what has been said above about the 'C', I think that the one Image I posted from the video may be an original.
  17. He does look Italian definitely, there are and were a lot of Italian Americans, so could easily be. Did the album have this cut on?
  18. yeah but if it wasn't for similar records this fast, would the Northern Soul scene have been formed? as most of the Torch, Casino tunes were similar speed. Maybe that's a question for another thread eh?
