Here’s the rub… After an absolute barnstorm last month, we're set for something special to raise your temperatures in the basement this summer. This month's residents, the peerless BUTCH, our own soulful Scot, KEITH MONEY, and beans for tea, record buying, soul addict JOEL MASLIN, are joined by an all-star international lineup. Based out of Minneapolis, GEORGE RODRIGUEZ's home on the road is the nearest record store. Pricking up ears across Europe for years with his unique blend of big hitting Northern and bleeding edge tastes, we're extremely excited to host only our second US DJ in the history of the 6T's. George is at the forefront of the trialblazing US and EU wider soul scene and we know he's going to take the roof off. As the head of highly respected SOUL 4 REAL label, ALEX SUBINAS' ability to find unissued soulful gems from days gone by is enviable. His recent pressings of unreleased Motown amongst others have proved his dedication to hunting out and sharing our precious music is unsurpassed. We can't wait to hear what he brings with him but be assured it'll be obscure and undoubtedly contain new faves. Sat 5th July. 11pm-6am £15 on the door. Strictly no admittance after 3am. As if you needed any more reason, this will be one of your last chances to snag an anniversary ticket. We'll be surprised if they last past the August niter. The 6T's allnighter is recognised as the home of the finest and rarest black music from the 60s, 70s and beyond. Now into its 46th year, it's a home for soul lovers of all kinds, a safe and welcoming space for all to enjoy the zenith of recorded music.

For our May extravaganza, Butch is back in the fold joining 6T's boss Ady Croasdell and young gun, Tomas McGrath. Joining them are: João Tenreiro Nathan Pickard Having first come to our attention via his legendary sets on home turf at the Deep Cliffs weekenders, João has been setting dancefloors alight across Europe and beyond over recent years and we're very excited to have him play the basement. Wreaking soulful havoc as part of Lewishams' scene disrupting, Heart Of Soul DJ posse, Nathan has exceptional taste and we're sure his energy and record box are certain to please. 11-6am. £15 on the door. The much-heralded 6TS revival night of club-soul classics as played at the first 6TS dances in Covent Garden and West Hampstead 1979-1981 is only a few weeks away. Get it in your diaries! Amazingly we have all the original DJs except Ady's original soul partner Randy, and Clarkie who has family commitments. The rest still have all their records if not all their marbles. It is going to be an incredible night. So join us on Thursday 14th April (8pm to 1am). Tickets are £12 on the door.
