Soul Purpose Records proudly present our first release, A fantastic Northern Soul double header - the previoulsy unissued Gloria Jones original version of Gone With The Wind Is My Love b/w top Northern Soul rarity The Tiaras - Loves Made A Connection.

Both titles licensed from top LA writer and producer Lou Baretto.

The test pressings have just arrived from the pressing plant and they sound fantastic!

Official release date is Friday June 8th

    Just received a test pressing courtesy of Phil. Both sides sound amazing!!.

    I remember getting a copy of "Love's Made A Connection" some years ago and playing it at home maybe 14 times in a row. Wjhat a record.

    mines on a different label ??, without digging it out it seems to be an acetate label, anyone know where they came from ?? It's only single sided too

    It is, to put it simply, a bootleg.

    Investigations are ongoing to find the source of these, and when this is established they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

    I will, if necessary, spend any profits made from this release and more too to ensure a successful prosecution.
