MonuMENTAL Soul news

Dearest groovy MENTAL Soul people As we prepare for our 4th year of MENTALness we are proud to announce our esteemed guest DJs for 2007. We have listened to your feedback and recommendations and think we have secured a great mix of old friends and new (to MonuMENTAL) faces.

We are sure you will approve. Please make a note of the following dates in your diaries:

February 24th - with Stevie C

March 31st - with Chris Brown

May 26th - with Sean Hampsey

June 30th - with Bob Cosby

August 25th - with Dave Thorley

September 29th - with Jordi Ripolles

October 27th - with Terry Jones

November 24th - with Bully & Tats Taylor

December 31st - SPECIAL EVENT Niki's 40th Birthday Party

The next MonuMENTAL Soul takes place in just under three weeks time on February 24th and it's our 3rd ANNIVERSARY PARTY. It will also be Dave Blow's birthday that night and our special guest is long time MENTAL and A NEW CHAPTER associate Mr. Steve "Stevie Cee" Cole. We think this is Stevie's 3rd guest appearance at MENTAL which currently ties with Terry Jones as our most asked back guest!! Well we think that's an accolade anyway. Also, Neil "Nelly" Forbes will be standing in for me, Niki, on account of me being 8 months pregnant and too large to fit behind the turntables! I'll be back in May or June or as soon as I'm able after the baby is born. We will be updating our website www.monumentalsoul.co.uk with photos from New Year's Eve 2006 in the next few days. If anyone has any pics you think should be shared with the world please do mail them to us.

Please pop by the website and drop us a line.

Niki, Girth, Mole & Nelly
